End grain cutting boards are the ultimate cutting surface. The orientation of the wood fibers provide a smooth cutting surface that is resistant to scratching compared to long grain cutting surfaces.


Care and use:

Wash with warm soapy water and a soft brush or cloth. Allow to dry thoroughly and evenly. The feet help provide both airflow and stability. Do not soak. Not dishwasher safe.
Condition regularly by applying mineral oil or Galley Wood cutting board wax(Included with purchase, and available in our etsy shop). Apply on a dry cutting board to regain depth of color, shine and moisture resistance.
