Handmade dough knife/pastry knife/bench scraper. It goes by a few names. Used for cutting, mixing and shaping pastries and doughs. Honed flat edge for clean cuts. Hole for convenient hanging. Finished with food safe mineral oil and beeswax. Approximately 4” x 7.5”

Choice of wood species.

Maintenance: Not dishwasher safe. Do not soak. Using warm soapy water and a dish cloth or soft dish brush, scrub, rinse and wipe dry. Apply food grade mineral oil or butcher block oil(found at nearly every hardware store and pharmacy) when colors begin to lighten(inevitable with subsequent washing) Pour a small amount onto the center of the board and rub in with a paper towel or by hand. Allow a few minutes to absorb and wipe away excess. The board will look as good as new.
